Summary
I had the opportunity to work at CIEL Ingeniería S.A.S., an engineering company in Colombia. There I worked on embedded systems as an electronic engineer. I programmed Texas Instruments Freescale Cortex M3 ARMs as well as Freescale M0+ ARMs. I also designed circuits and implemented then on schematics on Orcad for production of PCB boards. I also did product and technology investigations o the market. One of the results of said investigations was the change of microcontrollers on existing products based on 8 bit MCU (Microchip PIC) to 32-bit MCU (Freescale ARMs).

Duties
•Developed code in C and ASM for both TI Stellaris and Freescale ARM microcontrollers.
•Proposed and implemented new functionalities to an existing project.
•Designed electronic circuits and implemented them in ORCAD for fabrication.
•Tested newly designed hardware and circuits for functionality and compliance.
•Implemented corrective code on an archived project in order to make it feasible.
•Updated designs based on legacy electronic parts.
•Debugged legacy microcontroller code and legacy hardware circuit design.
•Gathered project requirements from non-technical staff.
